CleverEd provides boarding school placement consulting services to families, including school research, application strategy, essay coaching, interview preparation, and financial aid guidance ("Services"). The specific scope, timeline, and fees for Services are defined in a separate engagement agreement provided to each client.

The free consultation offered on our website is a preliminary, no-obligation call and does not constitute the commencement of a formal consulting engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or engage our services. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. No guarantee of admission

CleverEd provides expert guidance and strategic support throughout the boarding school admissions process. However, admission decisions are made exclusively by the schools themselves. CleverEd makes no guarantee, express or implied, that any student will be admitted to any particular school or receive any specific level of financial aid.

Our track record and client outcomes reflect the quality of our process, not a promise of specific results.

4. Confidentiality

All information you share with CleverEd — including student academic records, family financial information, and personal circumstances — is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose this information to third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

Similarly, we ask that you treat any proprietary materials, processes, or strategies we share with you as confidential and not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.

5. Fees and payment

Service fees are set out in the engagement agreement provided to each client before work begins. Fees are generally due as specified in that agreement. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refund terms, if applicable, are specified in the engagement agreement. The free initial consultation is provided at no charge and carries no obligation.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the CleverEd website — including text, guides, checklists, graphics, and design — is the property of CleverEd Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
